We do customize and personalize orders. Send us an email with the details of what you are looking for. We will send you a picture for your approval prior to shipping.

We can create any size of bracelet. Make sure to measure your bracelet as indicated in picture on "how to measure your bracelet" and decide how you want it to fit. Some of us like the bracelet to be snug; therefore, just indicate the exact measure using a measuring tape. If you like it a little loose, add 1/4". Should you need further clarification, contact us directly.

We recommend taking your bracelets off when showering and while applying lotion. Genuine stones may loose their shine when constantly exposed to water. To recharge your crystals, wear them during a full moon or place your bracelets on a selenite slab to recharge and cleanse energies. Should bracelet pop, send gratitude vibes and let it go. Should it get caught on something and elastic break, you may send it back to us for restringing for a $5.00 charge.

If you are buying it for someone and would like it to go in a package, select "gift package" as a described item. Should you want a personalized note, let us know and we will include it in the package for you.

Customer is responsible for providing a correct and safe address for delivery.

Please note we DO NOT issue refunds or replace items that were sent to a wrong address provided by costumer (We try our best to make sure the address is correct, and even ask our customers to confirm address when post office can’t verify them, but please keep in mind that we are not responsible for it).

We do not issue refunds or replace any broken pieces due to improper care.

Any piece that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Design of bracelet will vary based on requested size. The reason being is that more genuine stones will be added to ensure correct size is made.
